In most cases we can recover data, but the service is not guaranteed. We also partner with more advanced data recovery centres, but htis can be expensive.

We offer different levels of security for back up's from password protection to full encryption. But we only recommend setting this if you have confidential data or financial information to back up. If you forget or lose your password or encryption keys we may not be able to get your data back.
