Anti Spam : To use this service you must comply with the The European Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) or US CAN SPAM ACT.

Note 1: To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, The privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and our usage guidelines, you must include a valid UK address for contact in all of your email newsletter.

Note 2: You can send a newsletter to your existing clients or prospects as long as you give them an option to unsubscribe or stop receiving emails. You can only send to other people (non clients or prospects) if they opt in and agree to receive emails. We will cancel your service if you use purchased lists with email accounts & abuse is reported to us.

Note 3: My Home Office Ltd. will monitor email usage to ensure fair use and compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and UK legislation. My Home Office Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw the service or suspend the service without notice or compensation or refund if you fail to comply with these acts or if you send material deemed to be inappropriate based on these acts and UK legislation at the time.

Service Coverage Area For Custom And Advanced Features
Advanced features and design service for email marketing are only available in Maidenhead, Reading, Windsor, Cookham, Marlow, Henley, Bracknell, Wokingham, Slough & the following areas.

Standard coverage areas are Ascot, Beaconsfield, Binfield, Bourne End, Bracknell, Bray, Burnham, Caversham, Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Cookham, Datchet, Denham, Earley, Egham, Eton, Farnham Common, Farnham Royal, Gerrards Cross, Hare Hatch, Henley on Thames, Iver, Langley, Maidenhead, Marlow, Pinkneys Green, Reading, Shinfield, Slough, Sonning, Stoke Poges, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Taplow, Twyford, Uxbridge, Warfield, White Waltham, Windsor, Winkfield, Winnersh, Wokingham, Wraysbury.
