You can only send to other people (non clients or prospects) if they opt in and agree to receive emails. We will cancel your service if you use purchased lists with email accounts & abuse is reported to us.

Note 3: My Home Office Ltd. will monitor email usage to ensure fair use and compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and UK legislation. My Home Office Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw the service or suspend the service without notice or compensation or refund if you fail to comply with these acts or if you send material deemed to be inappropriate based on these acts and UK legislation at the time.
